Remus wasn't expecting Roman to pop up into his room, and he definitely wasn't expecting the words that came out of Roman's mouth to ever be said.

"We need the King back."

Remus stared at him for a few moments before squawking out a laugh, "What?"

"We need to bring back King Creativity! There has to be a way to, right?!"

Remus stopped laughing, Roman sounded way too serious about this. "You... You're joking right?"

"No! Thomas is listening to Deceit now, he doesn't... He doesn't need me anymore." Roman looked down, squeezing his eyes shut to keep the tears in them from falling, "He wants to live in a less black and white way, and..." He looked at Remus again, "It's only a matter of time before he starts listening to you."

"Roman..." Remus glanced around, feeling uncomfortable for what was probably the first time in years, "That sounds like a bad idea."

"Isn't that what you like? Bad ideas?? This is what Thomas needs! Please, Remus!" Roman grabbed his brother's arm, eyes wide and desperate.

"I don't..." Remus tried to take a step back but Roman just followed, tugging Remus towards himself.

"It's what Thomas wants... He doesn't need a hero anymore..." Roman shut his eyes again, trying to picture the king in his mind, trying to find any memory he had of when he and Remus were whole.

"Roman-!" Remus was cut off as a blinding light glowed from the two of them, forcing them together.

It hurt. It hurt worse than the split had, melting them together instead of ripping them apart this time.

The King gasped when the light stopped, taking a step back in an attempt to keep from falling over.

He looked down at himself, he wasn't anything like what he used to be. There were cracks in his skin, limbs that shouldn't have been there on a regular body. And it was so painful just to breathe, he wrapped two of his arms around himself like he could fit the broken pieces of himself back together that way.

"Roman!" He croaked out, the word scratching his throat and making everything hurt worse.

"This is what Thomas needs!" He replied to himself, trying to square up his shoulders and move forwards.

"NO!" The light flashed again and both of the twins were on the ground, pulled apart again and still in pain.

Remus looked terrified, scooting back as far away as he could get from Roman. Instead of having a single light streak, nearly his whole head was covered in white hair. Later, when Roman looked in a mirror, he would find that he now had a streak of his own.

"Remus-" Roman tried to reach for his brother.

"GET AWAY FROM ME!"

"I-I didn't-"

"JANUS!" Remus pulled his legs up to his chest, and Roman heard rushed footsteps coming towards the room.

He quickly stood and just as the doorknob began to turn, he sank out, the last thing he saw was tears falling down Remus' face.

Lune I just talked abt milgram to my friend and now she's off to her tutor SO PLEASE DON'T MIND ME RAMBLING ABT THEM TO YOU!?2)3)2)4)2 anyways on your post one of your tags “you cant really vote based solely on moral and values” AND THAT HITS A LOT the best example is yuno on her second trail!!! spoilers if you havent listened/read abt it but yuno says there that she thinks that our (viewers) sense of rigthousness is pathwtic and that she doesnt want us to vote her innocwnt based on our morality and values. she thinks we are only giving her half-baked justice and that we are only looking at their thru rose-tinted glasses. she's very much self-aware of her actions.

I CANT REALLT SAY ANYTHING BUT KOTOKO but mu.. for mu i actually relate to her on a personal level But i wont be talking abt her since you dont agree with her! but if you want to hear what i have to say abt mu, feel free to give me the go sign!!! ANYWYAS FUUTA SO FUUTA YEAH FUUTA OH MY GOD SO ABT HIM!!! he has a heavily misguided ego and has huge hero complex and has this tough guy act so yeah! maybe a facade of looking like the hero!! pair it up with his strong sense of justice, fuuta thinks everything he did is right or like maybe and it makes it worse bcs social media adds more fuel to the fire which makes fuuta blinded by his own heroic sense. he was voted guilty in his first trial bcs if people haven't then he would be blinded by his ego and thinks that what he did was right. milgram was a place where he could taste his own medicine and that he could know that his actions cannot or may not be justified. out of all, he has the chance of redeeming himself but he needs to let go of his ego first and learn to hold his temper. he doesnt feel guilt for his victim bcs he thinks he did nothing wrong and that he is not guitly.

If I beg you for it, is it at all possible that we will get to see/read about Janus's reaction to Remus after that Whole Thing? Would tensions rise? World Janus flip out? Is Remus physically injured other than the hair and just ~pain~? Please?

Janus knew when Remus needed them. He would usually come to their room. If not, he would just summon them to his. They could tell the subtle differences in his tone when calling for them.

When they heard their name screamed with such fear and desperation, they knew something was wrong. They slammed the door open just in time to see a last glance of the top of Roman's head as he sank out, and a tearful Remus staring at where his brother had stood.

They covered their mouth to hide their shock when they saw his white hair, and immediately dropped down in front of him.

"Remus, what happened? Are you okay? Did Roman hurt you?" They carefully raised a hand, letting him see it before gently taking his head into their hand, stroking his hair in an attempt to soothe him.

"I- he-" Remus hiccuped, breaths heavy as he tried to get his words out, "He tried to- to make us King again a-and-"

"What?"

"It- it hurt so bad! And- and I couldn't do anything and it hurt, and we fell apart," Remus couldn't get anymore out, words turning into sobs and gasps.

"Oh, oh Remus," Janus pulled him into a hug, letting him sob into their chest as they cradled him.

They've spent many hours of their existence calming him down from panic attacks caused from remembering the split, and this was like him experiencing it all over again.

"I'm so sorry. Does it still hurt?"

Remus shook his head ''no'', but he still sobbed, body trembling. Janus pressed their face into the top of his head, running their hand up and down his back.

"Come here, let's get off the floor and onto your bed, okay? Can you get up for me?"

They helped him stand on unsteady legs and take a few steps before gently laying down onto the large bed, Remus on top of Janus, in their lap like a child.

Janus would calm him down as best they could. Then they would go find Roman, tell Patton about his behaviour, show him that everything he's been doing isn't okay. Janus knew he was in his own pain, he had been for a long time, and they would help the other sides help him deal with that. But they couldn't go on letting him hurt others in his own pain.

They refused to see their family in pain like this.
